The Center for Health Security provides a number of academic training opportunities focused on Health Security. The Center offers coursework, practica opportunities, scholarships, fellowships and other programs to improve our preparedness for and response to public health emergencies and enhance community resilience.

Health Security PhD Track
This track is offered within the Bloomberg School of Public Health Environmental Health and Engineering Department. It prepares future leaders through the study of major biological and health security risks, research activities, and mentorship.
Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Fellowship (ELBI)
The ELBI fellowship is an opportunity for talented career professionals and graduate students to deepen their expertise, expand their professional networks, and build leadership skills through events coordinated by our Center.
