Dr. Berke is a Contributing Scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security through the Institute for AI Policy, and Strategy and a senior engineer at RAND. She conducts technical and policy research on biosecurity and biosafety, specializing in AIxBio. Dr. Berke holds a PhD in bioengineering and was previously Director of Advanced Technology at the Standford Institute for Economic Policy Research.
